You’re used to being capable. The one others rely on. The one who figures it out.

High-Achieving Individuals

Our approach

what to expect

From the outside, things may look steady, successful, even put together. But internally, it can feel different, pressure to keep up, a constant mental load, and the sense that slowing down isn’t really an option. You may find yourself managing everything, while quietly feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to find your footing again.

At Pearl Beech Psychology, this is a space where that experience is understood. Care is designed for women who are used to functioning at a high level, but are looking for a more thoughtful, grounded way to move through what they’re carrying.

Our approach

what to expect

Care is centered on helping you better understand the patterns that keep you moving at a high level, while also exploring what may no longer be sustainable. Therapy offers space to step out of constant performance and into a more intentional, reflective process.

The work begins with a thoughtful consultation to understand your experience, goals, and what feels most important to address. From there, care is tailored to you, including session type and cadence, creating a structure that feels both supportive and realistic.

Sessions focus on building insight, managing anxiety and pressure, and developing a more steady, sustainable way of moving through both personal and professional demands.

You’re used to being capable. The one others rely on. The one who figures it out.

All sessions are conducted with Dr. Kristen Ghersi Hering and are designed to feel calm, private, and grounded. Early sessions focus on understanding what you’re carrying, how you tend to navigate challenges, and where things may feel misaligned.

Over time, the work becomes more focused, helping you create space for yourself, respond differently to pressure, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. The goal is not to take away your drive, but to help you feel more supported, steady, and in control of how you move through it.

For the Individuals Who

Get Started

Pearl Beech Psychology is led by Dr. Kristen Hering, PhD, a licensed clinical psychologist who works with women and couples who are used to being capable, composed, and high-functioning, even when things feel heavier underneath. Her work is centered around understanding the internal experience that often goes unseen, especially during seasons of anxiety, trauma, fertility and the journey into parenthood, and the transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood.

Many of the individuals who find their way here are not new to growth. They are thoughtful, self-aware, and ready for something deeper. This is a space where that level of work is understood and supported.
